Wire & Cable India 2006 Exhibition |
The Wire and Cable India 2006 Exhibition was organized by the Confederation of India Industry (CII), Western Region from the 16th to the 18th of November, 2006 at the MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai . This was the first flagship event that aimed at providing a platform to showcase the latest machinery, equipment, raw materials and accessories required by the Indian wire and cable industry. This in turn provided for interaction with decision makers from leading wire and cable industries. The show saw 125 participants showcasing their products along with elaborate arrangements made for meetings and discussions. Tata Steel Wire Division participated in the exhibition with a large stall emphasizing the diversity of the Steel wire business and how it caters to diverse requirements. Nearly 200 visitors flocked the TSWD stall with their queries and requirements. International business enquiries came in from many visitors. On the Domestic front there were plenty of enquiries on flat and round shaped wires for cable applications. Mr. Jagdish Mehta from Laxmi Steels, Mumbai played an integral part in the functioning of the stall. They displayed Tata Wiron Galvanised wire and welded mesh which enabled potent customers to get a feel of wire products.
