LRPC Customers Meet 2007

'REINFORCING BONDS'

Meeting of like minds, sharing the focused attention towards attaining a common goal and finally devising means to service the rapid growing Infrastructure segment needs! Such was the premise at the LRPC Customers Meet 2007 themed 'Reinforcing Bonds' held on the 27th of May, 2007. The well spread exteriors around Powai Ball Room at the Renaissance Hotel Convention Center in Mumbai provided the perfect ambience for the Sunday event. Well attended by delegates from about thirty of our key Infrastructure customers, Wire Division had an even representation of delegates for the meet too.

The Meet was formally inaugurated by Mr. Harish Pathak (EIC, Tata Steel Wire Division).EIC was prompt at sharing Wire Division Growth Plans in store for catering to the Infra Industry. This was subsequently supplemented intermittently by documentary film clips portraying the views and aspirations of Mr. Ratan Tata (Chairman-Tata Group) and Mr. B. Muthuraman (MD- Tata Steel Limited). Mr. Prashant Ursekar (Chief Business Development, Global Wires Business) emphasized on the spread, the growing global business footprint of Tata Steel Wire Division and current product offerings from facilities located in South East Asian countries.

The open forum provided an informal session to mull over the existing business issues and share future business prospects.
